How to assemble your Trike

Assembly points to closely follow to ensure proper assembly:

• Remove the trike and battery from the box as shown in the video, being careful to cut only the zip ties used for transport, avoiding any cables. A short pair of wire snips work best.

• Keep all parts located in the small parts box together until you are ready to assemble them.

• Fully charge the battery before use. The charger LED light will turn from red to green once battery reaches full charge.

• Two bearings are supplied in the small parts box for use with the headtube. It is important that the bevel on the lower headtube bearing is facing up, and top headtube bearing bevel facing down, with the gold locking ring facing up. The gold locking ring must be fully seated inside of the upper bearing, and headtube bearings fully seated in the headtube for proper and final assembly.

• Adults prefer all spacers rings placed below the handle bar for best height adjustment.

• The handlebar bolts should be sufficiently tightened to ensure the handlebar does not rotate during operation.

• Connectors are colored coded on the ends with arrows molded into the plug to indicate proper alignment. Align carefully or you can damage pins on the plugs. Fully seat all connectors to ensure they remain water tight.

• Secure cables with zip ties as indicated in the video, leaving ample slack between the handlebar and frame to ensure freedom and movement of the handlebar without causing any cable pull.

• Install fully charged battery, power on, and don’t forget your helmet!
