Returns & Refunds
Our policy covers Trikes and Accessories separately. In general terms, manufacturers of e-bikes and related items follow similar general terms to protect the consumer and manufacturer. The policy considers the cost and scope of handling returns of this cost and size, and resale of returned goods, while offering the consumer adequate time to resolve issues and become acquainted with the product. Our policy remains in-line with other manufacturers and offers the consumer needed protection to ensure ultimate satisfaction and best consumer experience.
Trikes:
Our policy
Supports returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 15 days have gone by since your delivery.
It is extremely important that customers adhere to the return policy and conditions (detailed below) to support eligibility and full refund credit.
Eligible returns will receive an authorization number and link/email with return instructions and shipping label.
Return Authorization
Any returned product must be accompanied by a return authorization number from Mobitrike. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization.
Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
Conditions
Conditions of return eligibility include the following:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (less than 12 miles reading on the odometer)
- Should visibly be in new condition, without scratches, wear, tear, dirt, grime, and without physical signs of use or damage.
- The trike must also be in the original packaging, with all original packing material and components secured the way they were received, including foam, cardboard, tie wraps securing original secure points, etc.
- All items delivered with the trike must be packed and secured as received, including: charger, cords, keys, battery, bushings, tools, etc.
- Any warranty issue must be resolved before return can be authorized.
If your product does not qualify under the above bulleted conditions, we cannot authorize return.
Processing
Returned product will be received and inspected by our warehouse team. The inspection and testing process may take 5 to 7 days to complete.
Inspection
At this time we check that all returns conditions have been met to qualify for a full refund. We inspect operation, all components, frame, finish, and test functionality.
Packing for Return
It is ULTRA important you package the trike exactly the same way it was received, otherwise damage to the finish or components may occur upon return. Customers may be held responsible for return shipment damage if item is not packaged properly for return. Our team will document return condition for any damage discovered. So please, take your time preparing return goods to ensure you protect all components and paint/finish on all goods.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within two (2) business days following the completed inspection process.
Any authorized return meeting return conditions will be issued a full refund credit.
If product received does not meet or qualify under the above conditions, a full refund cannot be issued, and customer may become responsible for return shipping costs, restocking fees, and reduced refund.
Used Trikes
Trikes that exceed 12 miles on the odometer, or do not meet above guidelines are considered used, and not eligible for return. This may also include any replacement parts or accessories that have been installed.
Warranty as it relates to Return of Trike after use
If your trike has a defect issue as specified under warranty, you will be supported with warranty replacement parts and support to ensure continued operation of the trike. If cases of malfunction or defect cannot be resolved as specified by warranty, we will assist to resolve or process Return Authorization in rare instances that a trike issue cannot be resolved. Spare Parts and Gear (*Note: Batteries)
Our Policy

*Return or Refund of Batteries & Chargers
For obvious reasons, batteries and chargers are not eligible for return unless they meet clear and defined issues related to defect. Non-warranty issues related to water damage, power surge, drop, inappropriate use, incorrect charging, poor power source, extended use, etc, cannot be covered by warranty or subject to standard return conditions.

Shipping
The purchaser will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning spare parts and gear related items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Purchaser will be responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
Watch for Your Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
Purchaser will be responsible for paying shipping costs and returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
