Mobitrike was developed with trouble-free operation in mind. The product is truly a birth of the best possible components, proven through extreme testing.
Warranty Basics:
We’ve got you covered for the first 12 months, starting from the date of purchase. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, affected part(s) will be replaced by Mobitrike. The following items are subject to our 12 month limited warranty (Note: Replacement parts for trikes purchased through Mobitrike.com will be shipped to U.S. addresses only):
- Battery & Charger*
- Frame
- Electronics
- Motor
- Brakes
- Suspension
Warranty Limitations:
Like all things, there are some limitations. Normal wear items like tires, tire tubes, cables, brake pads, paint & finish, or any damage or failure caused by incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, or improper storage are not covered by warranty. Trikes should only be used in a manner that they were designed for, such as recreation and transportation, without modification. Modifications would include any non-OEM part or component added to the trike, alteration of the trike or any existing OEM components, or any change that alters functionality, aging, or wear and tear of the trike. Renting or modifying a Mobitrike will void the limited warranty.
The following items and events are not covered under warranty:
- Improper use, storage, external influences, or accidents that cause damage to the product: Use of the product should be consistent with normal mobility and transport needs. Extreme or competitive use, including renting the product is not covered by warranty. Storage and use should be performed in a fashion that protects the product from flood, fire, or catastrophic/force majeure events;
- Non-conforming repairs, maintenance, or use of non-OEM parts: Damage which results from the use of non-OEM parts, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel, alterations, or lack of proper maintenance to the product are not covered by warranty;
- Normal wear parts: Tires, tire tubes, brake pads, handle bar grips, cables, paint & finish are subject to wear and tear, and not eligible to warranty outside of defects in workmanship or materials;
- *Battery & Charger: Power surges, connecting non-compliant power source, improper use, water damage, or use of non-OEM / non-conforming charger will void warranty replacement.
Warranty Terms:
This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts at the discretion of Mobitrike, and only applies to the original purchasing party, having made the purchase from Mobitrike.com. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by neglect, abuse, improper assembly, modification, alterations, misuse, accidents, non-OEM parts, addition of parts not intended for the trike, wear and tear, operator error, extreme or stunt riding, failure to follow directions, lack of maintenance, or acts of God. Consumable and normal wear parts are not covered by warranty, beyond defect (consumable parts defined as: tires, tire tubes, brake pads, handle bar grips, cables, paint & finish). Warranty support is not offered for goods which are affected by chargebacks or non-payment. Mobitrike is not liable for use of unauthorized parts or service that result in loss, damage, or failure. Purchaser may be asked to install replacement components, provide photos or video of defective components, or be asked to return components to fulfill warranty claim(s). In no event will Mobitrike or affiliates be held responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, negligence, economic loss, property damage, personal injury, or product liability in connection to Mobitrike products whether based on warranty or contract.
Who is Covered by Warranty:
Sales from Mobitrike.com are covered by the Limited Warranty as outlined herein. Warranty covers the original owner, U.S. residents only.

How to Access Service and Support for Warranty Related Issues:

Title your email with your original order number, and issue. Provide photo(s) or video of the affected part(s), so we may verify if an issue pertains to defect or workmanship. We cannot replace components under warranty unless a claim can be validated accordingly. And remember, we are here to help you, so the more concise your details, photo(s), and video(s) are, the better equipped we will be to support you with any issues.
How are Warranty Claims Handled?:
If any component is determined to be defective outside of user error, we will assist in replacement or repair of the part. At times, we may request that a part or component be returned to us for determination of failure or repair. Cost of return remains the responsibility of the purchaser until a determination of defect can be made.
Shipment Issues or Damage and Claims:
We will replace any component damaged by our shipping company or freight forwarder. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product. Photos and/or video may be requested to confirm details.
Document damage while freight forwarder is present, noting any damage to box, packing material, or items inside the box. Ask the driver or delivery agent to make note of damage on the delivery documents (Bill of Lading, or electronic board), and provide confirmation before they depart. Have tracking or Bill of Lading number listed within your claim when contacting Mobitrike.
Customers using a third party delivery service are responsible for any damages that may occur through their shipper or freight forwarder.
Protect Yourself While Riding:
Be safe and pay attention to your surroundings, and other riders while “Mobitriking”. Always wear a helmet, obey traffic laws, and become familiar with the trike before taking long rides or approaching more congested areas. The manufacturer and distributor(s) are not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due to direct or indirect use of the product.
