Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, excluding national holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Order placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following business day.

Notifications

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a follow-up email with tracking when your item is shipped.
  • If your item is on back order, you will be notified by email.
  • Returns and refunds will be confirmed by email.

Shipping Costs

Trikes presently qualify for free shipping to U.S. addresses. Gear and spare parts provide shipping cost at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders placed on Mobitrike.com will ship to U.S. addresses only.  We cannot ship goods to P.O. boxes or APO.

In some special cases, we may ship to international customers. Our standard warranty, returns, and refunds do not apply to international customers for orders placed on Mobitrike.com. If returning any item(s), international customers will be responsible for all inbound and outbound taxes, duty, insurance, and freight costs.

Items shipping to AK & HI do not qualify for LTL shipment.

Change of Address, Items, or Colors After Order is Placed

Mobitrike will assist to accommodate changes in shipment destinations, product choice, or color choice prior to goods leaving our warehouse. However, shipment destination must match what is listed on your credit card. We cannot ship to addresses not connected to your credit card account in order to avoid fraudulent order activity. If order changes are required, we may ask to cancel your existing order (with full refund), and place a new order for the correct items.

Once goods leave our warehouse, Mobitrike cannot be held responsible for changes to shipping address or destination. Changes made to shipping destinations become responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for theft or loss due to shipment alterations that result in such loss.

Customers Responsibility for Receipt of Goods

The customer is responsible for receipt of goods to avoid theft or loss, and make note of any missing items at time of delivery with the delivery agent. Therefore, it is recommended that someone be present at the delivery address on the day of delivery to sign for the goods upon receipt. Mobitrike cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost goods, damaged items (damages occurring outside of delivery company scope, such as snow, rain, water, vandalism, etc.), undeliverable addresses, repeated delivery attempts, or refused goods. The customer will become responsible for all shipping costs and restocking fees under such circumstances.
